The Queer Therapy Hub is a new therapy clinic in the centre of Brighton.
All our practitioners identify as LGBTQIA+ and are committed to holding a welcoming and safer space for counselling and therapy for all members of our diverse communities.
The hub is a multi room clinic based at the Brighthelm Centre in the North Laine. We have designed the rooms with the needs of our community in mind.

Find Someone Right For You

All of our therapists identify as LGBTQIA+, and welcome both people from the community, their loved ones, and allies.

Our therapists are fully qualified by accrediting bodies (e.g. BACP, BPS, UKCP) and insured.

About us

We opened the Hub in 2024 to respond to a lack of queer specific therapy spaces in the city.

We believe queer people flourish and benefit from queer held spaces for therapeutic work.

All our therapists are committed to working with intersectionality in mind.

We adhere to the 2017 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which makes it clear that conversion therapy in relation to gender identity and sexual orientation (including asexuality) is unethical, potentially harmful and is not supported by evidence.

We adapt our rooms to different sensory needs.

The rooms are located on the top floor of The Brighthelm, on North Road. They are accessible by lift.
