Remi Leomann
Hi, I’m Remi.
You might be here because you are suffering with anxiety or depression, have experienced trauma or abuse, or are struggling with low self-esteem or stress. These are all things we can work on together in therapy. We can explore your past, your present, concerns about your future; yourself, your experiences, your relationships.
It is important to me that my practice is welcoming to marginalised communities including LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse individuals and global majority. I am an intersectional feminist and strive to work in an anti-racist way.
I am trained in the psychodynamic approach but also weave in ideas from other modalities depending on the needs of the client. Issues such as trauma, neurodivergence, marginalised identity and cultural oppression can all affect the way individuals can engage with therapy, so I try to take this consideration into my practice. I have experience working with clients living with ADHD, autism and other diagnose who worry they won’t be understood in therapy.
I use they/them pronouns and identify as trans and non-binary. I strongly oppose conversion therapy and am part of a network of TNBI+ affirmative therapists.
There may be things that would make you feel comfortable and prepared for therapy such as pictures of the rooms I work from, or information about how a session might run. If you have any of these concerns or if you’d like to arrange a free 15min initial call, please contact me on [email protected].
I charge £55 per session and work in-person, via video or phone.
